Access Issues

If you paid and did not receive access, contact support within 24-48 hours so we can review the issue.

Subscription Cancellation

You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as Upgrade Chat, Stripe, PayPal, or another checkout provider.

Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback after receiving access may result in removal from the community and loss of future access.
